Lost Season 6 Premiere

January 9th, 2010 lindahuang No comments

It is said that lost season 6 premiere will air as scheduled on Tuesday, February 2nd. No State of the Union conflict with LOST! We go Feb. 2! Here’s a (semi) official statement from White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs: “I will say this on behalf of ABC Radio: I don’t foresee a scenario in which millions of people that hope to finally get some conclusion in ‘Lost’ are pre-empted by the president,” he told Ann Compton, the White House correspondent for ABC News Radio. “You can quote a senior administration official,” he joked….

Now, lost fans can rest assured, there’s no conflict between State of the Union and lost season 6 premiere.

Lost’s Season 6 Premier

It told us the latest news of lost premiere, lost will avoid the collision with State of the Union! Mark posted earlier this week about the possibility of Lost’s Season 6 premiere being bumped from February 2 because of President Obama’s State of the Union address.  Well, Dharma’s tentacles clearly stretch to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, because according to Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse’s Twitter feeds, the premiere will air as scheduled on Tuesday, February 2nd.

Is really great news for lost fans, they can enjoy the premiere on Tuesday, February 2nd.

The Newest of LOST

Do the lost fans will disappointed? According to BuddyTV and TV Guide, There is argument that the White House might set the State of The Union on either two dates: Jan. 26 (American Idol premiere) or Feb. 2 (Do I even NEED to tell you what premieres on that date?!?!). In other words, either LOST or American Idol will be bumped to a later date. If it’s LOST, then it will be Feb. 9 before we can find out what the hell happened after the screen went white last May for our Losties. Whether they underestimate the power of a LOST fan? The White House has not commented OR made a decision yet, but it is enough to get people in a tizzy. Including this Obama supporting LOST fan…

Everything is bilateral. It’s up to how you look at.

The new seasons begins 2010

I heard this exciting news in this morning, i can’t wait to tell all of my friends this explosive news.

We are happy to hear that ABC Offers Chance to See ‘LOST‘ Season 6 Early.

The author said you can get a chance to see the premiere of LOST’s sixth and final season before it airs on February 2, if you can answer six questions they suggested. 815 lucky fans will be allowed to joined the a sweepstakes by ABC. TIME: Between now and January 17, 2010, fans will be able to submit their entries for a “message in a bottle,” which will hold a USB drive (in the shape of the Swan key) containing instructions to access approximately five minutes of the season 5 finale and a portion of the first episode, “LA X,” of season 6.

First, you must sign up for an ABC.com account (including a phone number and a street address). When you enter the contest, you have to answer six questions. The questions must all be answered correctly, though if you miss one the first time, you can go back and change it as many times as necessary until you get it right.

Finally, 815 lucky winners among who answer the questions correctly will be selected on January 18.

If you catch this unique opportunity, you can gain two-hour episode “LA X” of LOST season 6 on Tuesday, February 2, 2010.

Lost Cast Member Confirms Return For Final Season

lost

One of the cast members of ABC’s Lost has confirmed that he/she will return for the final season of the television series. This is kinda tricky, as I think some people might consider this a spoiler. I’ve been careful to leave the person’s name out of the headline, and not to include a photo of the person above (although, they are in the photo above somewhere) even though the original source does both (headline and photo). So please click after the jump to find out more.

Sci-Fi spoke to Elizabeth Mitchell, who played Juliet on ABC’s Lost, and was able to confirm that she will appear in the sixth season of the show, even though her character appeared to have died in a nuclear explosion at the end of season five.

It isn’t a HUGE surprise, as Lindelof and Cuse eluded at Comic-Con this year that we probably haven’t seen the last of the character (but you never know with the Lindelof’s cryptic replies). After watching the panel, which you can read about here, it seems like this season of Lost will feature a new framing device — flashes back and fourth between two alternative realities.

If Juliet did indeed blow up “the hatch,” then the plane never crashed on the island, and the people who were on Oceanic flight 815 are alive and “well” living in the outside world, likely never to have met. But those who survived the explosion (probably not Juliet), are also stranded on the island, in the original reality timeline. So basically, Juliet’s character never probably never got recruited to come to the island, and will make a few appearances in the alternative world in this new season. Adam Quigley has written a lot more about this theory on Alwayswatching.
